“Traveled with @philredcross to typhoon affected areas Cam Sur and Catanduanes to be present in the giving of Multipurpose Cash Grant and Shelter tool kits.
“And I just want to say THANK YOU to all of our donors, locally and abroad, who have come together to give to our typhoon-affected kababayans,” ang bahagi ng mensahe ng girlfriend ni Sam Milby.
Patuloy pa niya, “It’s one thing to call for awareness and donations on my platforms, but a completely different thing to be present in person when the aid is given.”
“If you’d like to be involved you can give through www.redcross.org.ph/ulyssesph,” mensahe ng dalaga.
“Working with the @philredcross and continuing to call for aid and relief donations for our kababayans affected by the recent typhoons.
“Your donations go towards rebuilding, giving essential needs and support to those in need,” sabi ni Catriona sa nakaraan niyang IG post.
“Beyond the crown, the glamorous gowns, and the iconic lava walk, the Miss Universe of 2018 continues to inspire and reach out to different communities. While she has passed on the crown, Catriona remains committed to her advocacies.
“She helps out in Love Yourself Philippines and volunteers as an assistant teacher in Young Focus. The non-government organization educates underprivileged youth from the Smokey Mountains of Tondo, Manila, which has really opened the eyes of our queen to a reality of life beyond that of her own.
“Through her advocacies, she believes it can empower people and even encourage them to do the same to others. After all, an agent of change is all about inspiring and making a positive impact on people,” ang sabi pa sa article ng nasabing magazine.
