“It’s gonna be a mix of online and actual pageant. We came up with the Ring Lights series, it’s an eight episode series wherein the pageant fans can witness the journey of our candidates from their training to mga lessons that they learned through the journey.

“And then, marami ring mga fun activities like for makeup, for runaway.

“Eventually on the finale, you will be able to watch the coronation night of the first-ever Miss Universe Philippines,” paliwanag ng dating beauty queen sa panayam ng GMA.

Aniya pa, “In any circumstance in your life there are hindrances, maraming adversities that you have to face but it doesn’t mean that you have to stop dreaming.

“So, we wanted this to be a venue of hope that there is an end. That this too shall pass. We still have to continue on reaching for our dreams,” chika ni Shamcey.

At para masiguro ang kaligtasan ng bawat kandidata, pinauwi muna ang mga ito sa kani-kanilang probinsya at muling magsasama-sama two weeks before the coronation night.

Samantala, sa ngayon ay tuloy pa rin daw ang Miss Universe pageant, “Continuous naman ‘yung communication with Miss Universe org, we’ll just have to wait for their final announcement on the date. But siguro, to give you a heads up, yes, tuloy-tuloy ang Miss Universe.”
