Comelec main office sa Intramuros, sarado ng dalawang linggo
Sarado ng dalawang linggo ang main office ng Commission on Elections o Comelec sa Intramuros, Maynila dahil sa isasagawang extensive disinfection and decontamination.
Base sa inilabas na abiso, ang pagpapasara ay epektibo araw ng Lunes, Agosto 3 at tatagal hanggang Agosto 16.
Nabatid na isasara rin ang Offices of the Regional Election Director of the National Capital Region, Region 4-A (Calabarzon) and Region 4-B (Mimaropa).
Suspendido din ang pagpapalabas ng local and overseas voters’ certificates ng Election Records and Statistics Department (ERSD) at Office for Overseas Voting (OFOV) sa punong tanggapan.
Gayunpaman, ang mga opisyal at kawani ng Comelec ay patuloy na magtatrabaho sa pamamagitan ng ‘work from home arrangement.’
