3 mayor sa Zambo del Sur lumipat sa Lakas-CMD
TATLONG mayor sa Zamboanga del Sur ang lumipat sa Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats.
Pinangunahan ni House Majority Leader Martin Romualdez ang panunumpa nina Bayog Mayor Celso Matias, San Miguel Mayor Angelito Martinez II at Guipos Mayor Vicente Cajeta.
“The leadership is always here to make sure that all your concerns and requirements are addressed. Ang problema n’yo ay problema namin. We are family here. That’s the mandate of the party leadership,” ani Romualdez, pangulo ng Lakas-CMD.
Ang mga lumipat ay dinala ni Zamboanga del Sur Rep. Leonardo “Jun” Babasa, Jr., na nanumpa sa Lakas-CMD noong Hunyo 8. Si Babasa ay lumipat mula sa PDP-Laban.
Iginiit ni Romualdez ang pagsuporta ng Lakas-CMD sa pagpasa ng legislative agenda ni Pangulong Duterte.
“The Lakas-CMD political party is a staunch ally of the government and will continue to support the swift passage of President Duterte’s legislative agenda,” ani Romualdez.
Dalawa na ang naging pangulo ng bansa mula sa Lakas-CMD, sina Fidel V. Ramos at Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.
