Laguna quarantine facility
NATAPOS na ng Department of Public Works and Highways ang paggawa sa Alonte Sports Arena sa Biñan, Laguna na gagamiting quarantine facility para sa mga nahawa ng coronavirus disease 2019.
“The Alonte Sports Arena was quickly repurposed within a week to augment Laguna’s health facilities” ani DPWH Sec. Mark Villar.
Aabot sa 68 pasyente ang maaaring manatili sa pansamantalang health facility.
“Through the consolidated efforts of the DPWH Region 4A and the Department of Health, we were able deliver a new health facility to the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID),” ani Villar.
Ang Alonte Sports Arena Health Center ay mayroong nursing stations, sanitation chambers, at designated storage areas.
