KASAMA na si Filipino sensation Kai Sotto sa mga pinakabagong prospect na hindi muna maglalaro sa kolehiyo para makapaglaro sa NBA G League.
Ang 7-foot-2 center na si Sotto ay maglalaro sa bagong G League squad na Southern California kasama ang iba pang prep stars na sina Jalen Green, Isaiah Todd at Daishen Nix ayon kay Shams Charania ng The Athletic.
“Kai Sotto — a 7-foot-2 center from the Philippines — has decided to skip college and will be the first international draft prospect to sign a deal in the NBA G League pro program, sources tell @TheAthleticNBA @Stadium,” sabi ni Charania sa kanyang tweet Lunes.
Ang Fil-American na si Green, ang top recruit ng 2020 class, ang unang player na sumabak sa G League developmental program bagamat may natanggap na siyang mga alok mula sa ilang dekalibreng US NCAA Division 1 schools.
