BINANTAAN ng kampo ni Camarines Sur Vice-Governor Imelda Papin ang mga bashers na patuloy ang pagpo-post na malilisyong akusasyon laban sa OPM icon.
Balitang pinag-iisipan na umanong magsampa ng kaukulang reklamo ang Team Papin dahil sa masasakit na salitang ibinabato kay Imelda matapos lumabas ang COVID-19 inspirational song na “Iisang Dagat” pati na ang music video nito.
Nag-viral ang pambabatikos sa singer-politician nang mapanood ng madlang pipol ang music video ng “Iisang Dagat” sa Facebook at YouTube na mula sa Chinese Embassy. Isa si Imelda sa mga umawit nito with Chinese diplomat Xia Wenxin, Filipino-Chinese singer Jhonvid Bangayan at ang Chinese actor na si Yubin. Ito’y sinulat mismo ni Chinese Ambasador to the Philippines Huang Xilian.
Ipinagdiinan ni Imelda na walang politics involved sa music video at ang tanging layunin nito ay ang maiparating sa buong mundo ang pagkakaisa at pagtutulungan sa gitna ng COVID-19 pandemic.
At dahil sa patuloy na pamba-bash kay Imelda ng mga netizens, nagbanta na ang anak ni Imelda na si Maffi Papin Carrion na dapat nang maparusahan ang mga taong bumabatikos sa kanyang ina nang walang basehan.
Narito ang post ni Maffi sa Facebook kalakip ang screenshots ng mga foul at hate comments ng netizens, “If you guys think na pinaglalaban nyo ang country natin. Then you start threatening us.
“You should be prosecuted! Because we love our Country!
“We have evidence of your lewd comments and threats. And we take this seriously.
“So we will be seeing you where you won’t see the sunshine anymore if you don’t stop. And that is a warning!
“You are disgusting and ill hearted! Wala na kayong takot sa diyos! We rebuke your evil intentions!” ani Maffi.
Ngunit balitang binura rin ng anak ni Imelda ang kanyang FB post at pinalitan ng mensaheng nagsasabi na mahal nila ang Pilipinas.
“We Love the Philippines and the Filipino people! My Mom Imelda Papin has the purest of heart and intentions!
“We have helped, served and saved countless numbers of lives of our kababayans.
“The Philippines belongs to the Filipino people!
“May God Bless us all, Heal this entire world and shower us with all the Love in this world!” pahayag ni Maffi.
