Oppa wanted sa Korea, timbog sa NAIA

BAGSAK sa kulungan ang taga-South Korea na wanted dahil sa illegal online gambling makaraang ma- intercept sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1.

Nadakip si Ju Minhyeok, 23, bago pa makasakay ng eroplano patungong

Incheon, South Korea, noong Huwebes.

“The immigration officer who processed him saw that his name is in our Interpol watchlist, with our counterparts abroad requesting alert if he is encountered,” sabi ni BI port operations chief Grifton Medina.

Pinayagang makasakay ng eroplano si Ju, na inaresto ng mga naghihintay na pulis sa Incheon.

Ayon sa BI, pinaghahanap si Ju dahil sa pago-operate ng ilang online gambling website, na isang paglabag sa batas sa South Korea.

“Korean authorities charged that the suspects ran the sites called ‘Deadpool’ through which bettors could win or lose money by predicting the results of various sports competitions,” ayon naman kay BI-Interpol chief Rommel Tacorda.
