ISANG empleyado ng Department of Public Works and Highways na isa sa tumulong sa pagtatayo ng quarantine facility sa Philippine International Convention Center ang namatay kahapon.
Ayon kay Ana Mae Lamentillo, chairman ng Build- Build, Build Committee ng DPWH, nagkaroon ng diarrhea.
Sumailalim umano ito sa coronavirus disease 2019 testing at hinihintay pa ang resulta.
“DPWH has already contacted the members of his family and has extended assistance. We have started with the process of contact tracing. We will voluntary submit to self-quarantine while awaiting the results from RITM (Research Institute for Tropical Medicine).
