MAAARING hulugan sa loob ng anim na buwan ng mga kustomer ng PLDT Inc., at Smart Communications Inc., ang kanilang outstanding bills.
Tulong umano ito ng PLDT-Smart sa kanilang mga postpaid subscribers na naapektuhan ng coronavirus disease 2019.
“To help ease the financial burden of its customers during the COVID crisis, PLDT Inc., and Smart Communications will start implementing on May 1, a 6-month installment payment program for the outstanding monthly bills of its postpaid subscribers,” saad ng pahayag ng PLDT-Smart.
Kasama sa installment program ang mga subscribers ng Sun na pagmamay-ari ng Smart.
“Under the payment program, PLDT Home, Smart, and Sun consumer postpaid subscribers can settle their unpaid balances as of April 30 in six equal monthly payments with zero interest and no penalties.”
