Pamilya ni Sharon, Kiko aabonohan bail ng 21 QC protester

NAG-offer ang pamilya ni Senador Francis Pangilinan na abonohan ang bail ng 21 residente ng Quezon City na inaresto matapos magprotesta kamakailan dahil sa hindi sapat na ayuda na ibinibigay sa kanila sa gitna ng Luzon-wide quarantine dala ng COVID-19.

Si Frankie Pangilinan, panganay na anak ng senador kay Sharon Cuneta, ang may ideya umano na abonohan ng kanilang pamilya ang babayarang bail na P15,000 kada isang taon.

Ayon sa Bagong Alyansang Makabayan (Bayan) secretary-general Renato Reyes, kailangan magpiyansa ng 21 residente ng tig-P15,000 para mapalaya.

“Wala na nga silang makain, pagbabayarin pa ng P15,000 each. Walang awa sa mahihirap,” ani Reyes.

Dahil sa tweet ni Reyes kung kayat sinagot ito ni Frankie.

“I’ll sponsor one. Please give the details,” pahayag ni Frankie,

Di nagtagal nag-tweet ito ulit na pati ang kanyang mga magulang ay mag-aabono na rin.

“And my parents would like to cover the other twenty,” dagdag nito.

Ayon kay Interior Secretary Eduardo Año nitong Huwebes, hindi palalagpasin ng gobyerno ang ginawa ng mga protester.

“Everyone should cooperate. We are in a crisis and they are exploiting the situation,” Año said in a phone interview with the Inquirer, also claiming that a left-leaning group was trying to take advantage of the crisis.
