PVAO ID hindi makuha

Lisa Soriano - August 07, 2013 - 07:00 AM

DEAR Ma’am;
I would like to request you to help me about my request to PVAO. Last March, 2012 I sent my application for PVAO Pensioner ID System.
I followed it up with the PVAO Pensioner ID System on April 10, 2012. I met a certain Madel who claimed she was employed there. She entertained my request for PVAO ID. However, up to now, I haven’t received my ID.
I hope and pray that may request be given consideration.
Thank you very much.
Very respectfully yours,
Ret. Major RUDY A. EMBOY
PNP 030T.
Sanchez st.,
Butuan City
Caraga Region
