NANAWAGAN ang ilang celebrities sa mga Pinoy na huwag namang mag-panic buying o mag-hoarding ng mga alcohol, face mask at tissue sa gitna ng pagdami ng coronavirus disease 2019 case sa bansa.
Nauna nang nag-post si Kakai Bautista sa kanyang social media account ng mensahe na huwag magpadala sa takot at pagkapraning.
Tinawag pa nga niyang “sakim” ang mga nagho-hoard sa panahon ng health crisis.
Pahayag ng komedyana, “Bagay to sa mga SAKIM na Pinoy sa gitna ng Krisis. Kung meron man tatamaan, Unang-una MAHIYA KA. Di lang ikaw ang anak ng Diyos.
“Sana may ganito din tayo Na reminder sa lahat ng groceries and stores.”
Ito naman ang panawagan ni beauty queen turned actress Bianca Manalo, “PLEASE PLEASE do not hoard. Pity our fellow Filipinos who live on their daily wages, who can only afford to buy what they need when they receive their daily or weekly salaries. “
