Ex-PCGG chair ipinapaaresto

Leifbilly Begas - March 09, 2020 - 05:54 PM

IPINAAARESTO ng Sandiganbayan Fourth Division si dating Presidential Commission on Good Government chairman Camilo Sabio matapos maging final and executory ang desisyon sa kasong graft nito.

“Let a warrant of arrest be issued against the said accused, and the post-promulgation bond he posted be cancelled,” saad ng apat na pahinang desisyon ng korte.

“The motion for reconsideration dated 21 December 2019 of accused Camilo Loyola Sabio is hereby denied. Accordingly, the failure of the accused to file his motion for reconsideration within the prescribed period renders the judgment of conviction…. Final and executory.”
