Global emergency idineklara ng WHO dahil sa NCoV

NAGDEKLARA na ang World Health Organization (WHO) ng global emergency dahil sa outbreak dulot ng novel coronavirus buhat sa China kung saan mahigit ng 12 mga bansa ang apektado.

Nangangahulugan ang global emergency ng “extraordinary event that constitutes a risk to other countries and requires a coordinated international response”.

Ipinaalam ng China sa WHO ang mga kaso ng bagong virus huling bahagi ng Disyembre.

Base sa datos umabot na sa halos 10,000 kaso ang apektado ng NCoV kung saan mahigit 200 na ang namamatay.

Umabot na rin sa 18 bansa na ang apektado nito, kabilang na ang United States, France, Japan, Germany, Canada, South Korea, Vietnam, at Pilipinas.
