Palasyo tiniyak na masusing minomonitor ang sitwasyon sa Bulkang Taal
TINIYAK ng Palasyo na masusing minomonitor ng gobyerno ang nangyayaring pagsabog ng Bulkang Taal kung saan inatasan na ni Pangulong Duterte ang mga otoridad na tiyakin ang kaligtasan ng mga apektadong residente.
Sa isang pahayag, sinabi ni Presidential Spokesperson at Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo na nakikipag-ugnayan na ang iba’t ibang ahensiya ng gobyerno sa lokal na pamahalaan ng Batangas para mailikas ang mga residente.
“The Palace is closely monitoring the situation of Taal Volcano. President Rodrigo Roa Duterte has already given instructions to undertake measures necessary to place the people within the perimeter of Taal out of the danger zone,” sabi ni Panelo.
Pinayuhan din ni Panelo ang publiko na patuloy na maging alerto.
“Concerned agencies of the national government are now working closely with the Provincial Government of Batangas to ensure the safety of the residents, including their evacuation. We advise the public to continue to remain vigilant,” ayon pa kay Panelo.
