TINIYAK ng Palasyo ang pag-veto sa mga insertion sa panukalang 2020 budget matapos naman ang alegasyon ni Senator Panfilo Lacson na umabot sa P83 bilyon ang isiningit ng mga kongresista.

“Provisions in the budget that run counter to the Constitution will be vetoed by the President, there is no change in that policy,” sabi ni Presidential Spokesperson at Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo.
