SINUSPINDE ang klase at trabaho sa De La Salle University (DLSU)-Manila campus mula Disyembre 2 hanggang Disyembre 7 para bigyang daan ang 30th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games, ayon sa pamunuan ng unibersidad.
Sa isang tweet ng The LaSallian, ang opisyal na student publication ng DLSU, inihayag nito na ipinag-utos na ng Office of the Chancellor ang suspensyon ng pasok dahil sa SEA Games.
“Access to the campus will likewise be restricted,” sabi ng tweet.
Nakatakdang idaos ang 30th SEA Games sa Pilipinas mula Nobyembre 30 hanggang Disyembre 11.
Sinabi ng Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) na inaasahan ang pagdagsa ng mga atleta, sports officials, at mga coach sa iba’t ibang venue at maging iba pang lugar sa Metro Manila sa 12-araw na SEA Games.
Kabilang sa mga gagamiting venue ay Rizal Memorial Sports Complex, Cuneta Astrodome, SM Mall of Asia Arena, SM Mall of Asia Skating Rink, World Trade Center, Philippine International Convention Center Forum, SM Megamall, Filoil Flying V Centre, Filinvest City, University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman Gym, Marine Corps, Muntinlupa Sports Complex, Starmall EDSA, Makati Coliseum, Manila Hotel tent, SM Megamall Ice Rink, World Trade Center, Philsports Arena, Amoranto Sports Complex at Manila Polo Club.
Nakatakda ring magpatupad ng stop-and-go traffic scheme ang MMDA sa kahabaan ng Edsa sa pagdaraos ng Sea Games.
