DEREK RAMSAY AT JENNYLYN MERCADO
“KRIMEN” kung hindi gagawa ng project together sa GMA sina Derek Ramsay at Jennylyn Mercado
Yan ang sinabi ng hunk actor sa panayam ng GMA 7 nang tanungin kung may plano rin ba ang Kapuso Network na pagsamahin sila sa teleserye o pelikula ngayong magiging active na uli ang GMA Films.
Ayon kay Derek, isa sa mga nilu-look forward niya sa paglipat sa GMA ay ang muling pagsasama nila sa isang proyekto ng Ultimate Star.
Sa nasabing panayam, binalikan ng binata ang dalawang memorable movies nila ni Jennylyn na hinding-hindi niya makakalimutan habang siya’y nabubuhay.
“Jen and I doing ‘English Only, Please’ ay nakakatuwa I think because that was the first movie that showed na you don’t really need a backing of a major player to produce a great film.
“And Jen and I were just playing on the set, we really created a good friendship, which led to us getting Best Actor and Best Actress, which is surprising because it was a very light romcom.
“But, we were so comfortable with each other she is so talented. We just clicked in the movie and we were in our own world bringing life to our characters,” kuwento ng Kapuso hunk actor.
“And then the follow up na mas serious which is ‘All Of You,’ which I really like and actually one of my favorite films and now that it is in Netflix I’m getting fans from South America talking to me in Spanish and sending me all these things saying it such a brilliant movie,” aniya pa.
Pagpapatuloy pa niya, “When the news that I am signing with GMA 7 came around and all the fans remember JenDer, we should have a project together. I think it will be a crime if we don’t.”
Pero bago nga sila magsama ni Jen sa serye o pelikula, una siyang mapapanood sa upcoming Kapuso series na The Better Woman kung saan makakatambal niya ang seksing-seksi na si Andrea Torres.
“I’m really excited to work with somebody that I have never worked with before. I’m looking forward to working with Andrea, I have heard a lot of great stuff about her. She’s pretty intense daw with her acting.”
