“From six teams in the Foundation Cup last year, we now have a record field of 20 teams this season,” sabi ni PBA D-League head of operations Eric Castro sa pagdalo niya sa “Usapang Sports” forum na hatid ng Tabloid Organization in Philippine Sports (TOPS) Huwebes sa National Press Club sa Intramuros, Maynila.

“Also, from two conferences per season, the Aspirants Cup and the Foundation Cup, we will have only one this year.”

Ang Aspirants Group ay bubuuin ng AMA Online Education, Batangas-Emilio Aguinaldo College, Chelu Bar and Grill, Cignal-Ateneo, Family Mart-Enderun College, Go For Gold-College of St. Benilde, University of Santo Tomas-Ironcon Builders, McDavid, Petron-Letran at St. Clare College.
