Kailangan ng pamilya ng yumaong Pinoy rock legend na si Pepe Smith ng P300,000 para sa kanyang memorial service.
“Pepe Smith was a wealthy man but that had nothing to do with money. Like many can attest he was generous, perhaps to a fault. He always gave everything he had. He now needs our generosity,” ang bahagi ng official statement mula sa crowdfunding page para sa veteran singer.
Mismong ang family ni Pepe ang gumawa ng fundraising page kung saan pwedeng magbigay ng donations ang taong nais tumulong.
Ayon sa ulat, aabot daw sa P300,000 ang magagastos para sa memorial service, funeral service at burial site fees.
“The Smith family is grateful for any amount, big or small. Thank you for the love and support,” ayon pa sa pamilya ng rock icon na sumakabilang-buhay nitong Lunes sa edad na 71.
