“Natuloy din after a year,” saad nito.
Post ni Erickson habang nasa Maldives, “For as long as I can remember, my time has been spent around my life’s work and making sure it continues to evolve and progress (with the help of the industry’s best team, of course!)
“Never really thought of doing an extended break until now. Since early this year, I have decided to do regular breaks, not only for health reasons – but also while I still have my youth to enjoy and actually see the world in all its natural glory as most of my overseas trips are all about work.
“So yes, 12 days of blissful dolce far niente (officially just 6 days of work leaves). Thank God I have a trusted and reliable Cornerstone family so I don’t have to worry much about the office burning down until I get back.
“Currently on my second leg of my trip (Boracay last week) – the amazing islands of Maldives! I’ve always wanted to come here with a good friend like Erik Santos who wants to take a break after his milestone concert (at least may kahati sa gastos!) and another friend from the US. Thanks Erik for treating me with the flights! #Maldives.”
Life is like learning how to ride a bicycle. We have always been taught that it’s a natural process to get scared whenever you start out at anything. From small things such as learning a new skill to major life decisions such as switching careers.
“At this point in my life, it is never about being daunted by that first wobble (when you start from point zero or when you overthink about falling and getting all bruised up)
“Before anything else, it is about knowing why you’re doing the ride. Then comes the ceaseless drive to push forward, wherever you are headed – near or far.”
