Korte ibinasura ang arrest warrant vs Trillanes
IBINASURA ng Makati City Regional Trial Court (RTC), Branch 148 ang mosyon ng Department of Justice (DOJ) na maglabas ng warrant of arrest at hold department order (HDO) laban kay Senador Antonio Trillanes IV kaugnay ng kasong kudeta matapos siyang masangkot sa Oakwood mutiny noong 2003.
Kinumpirma ni DOJ Senior Deputy State Prosecutor Richard Anthony Fadullon ang pagkakabasura sa mosyon ng DOJ.
Samantala, pinagtibay naman ng resolusyon ni Judge Andres Soriano ang Presidential Proclamation 572 ni Pangulong Duterte matapos bawiin ang amnestiyang ipinagkaloob kay Trillanes ni dating pangulong Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III.
