CERTIFIED Kapamilya na ang nag-iisang Asia’s Songbird na si Regine Velasquez.

Kanina, pumirma na si Regine ng kontrata sa Kapamilya Network matapos bigyan ng bonggang red-carpet welcome na pinangunahan ng mga big boss ng ABS-CBN kabilang na sina ABS-CBN President and CEO Carlo Katigbak, Chief Content Officer Cory Vidanes, ABS-CBN TV Production Head Laurenti M. Dyogi at business unit head Deo Endrinal.

Sinalubong din siya ng mga empleyado ng istasyon na talagang nag-abang sa kanyang pagdating. Kasama niya ang kanyang asawang si Ogie Alcasid sa muli niyang pagtungtong sa Dos, “I am now a certified Kapamilya. I’m very happy, excited. Overwhelmed right now,” ang unang nasabi ni Regine matapos ang contract signing sa Twitter post ng ABS-CBN.

Sey ni Regine, excited na siyang makatrabaho uli ang kanyang mga kaibigan sa industriya kabilang na sina Sharon Cuneta, Gary Valenciano, Jaya, Janno at Martin Nievera. Binanggit din niya ang mga pambatong young singer ng network gaya nina Jona, Angeline Quinto, KZ Tandingan, Morissette at Sarah Geronimo.

Bago ang mga gagawing proyekto ng Songbird sa ABS-CBN, makakasama muna siya sa “ASAP Live In Sydney” na gaganapin sa Okt. 20 sa ICC Sydney Theatre, Australia.

Narito naman ang mga nagging pahayag ng ilang Kapamilya stars sa paglipat ni Regine sa ABS-CBN.

Sey ni Erik Santos, “Makakasama na natin si Miss Regine Velasquez. And alam kong buong Pilipinas, buong mundo ay naghihintay dito,”

Pahayag naman ni Jed Madela, “Looking forward to the show, looking forward to performing with the Songbird.”
