ABS-CBN nirerespeto ang pagsasampa ni Gretchen Fullido ng kaso vs ilang TV execs
SINABI ng ABS-CBN na nirerespeto nito ang paghahain ng news anchor at reporter na si Gretchen Marie Fullido ng sexual harassment at libel laban sa ilang opisyal ng network.
“Now that she has filed charges with the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office, we expect all parties to allow the legal process to take its course,” sabi ng ABS-CBN sa isang pahayag.
Ito’y matapos magsampa si Fullido ng kaso laban sa ilang opisyal ng broadcasting giant sa Quezon City prosecutor’s office, ngayong araw.
“ABS-CBN takes sexual harassment seriously and does not condone such acts in the workplace or by its employees. When Ms. Fullido filed an administrative case against a supervising producer and a segment producer for alleged sexual harassment in November 2017, the company took prompt action on the administrative complaint and decided based on the evidence presented,” dagdag ng ABS-CBN.
Kabilang sa kinasuhan ni Fullido ng sexual harassment ay sina Cheryl Favila, dating ABS-CBN News executive, at Maricar Asprec, ABS-CBN News segment producer.
