Roque: Wala nang balakid para arestuhin si Trillanes

 

SINABI ng Palasyo na wala nang balakid para arestuhin si Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV matapos namang ibasura ng Korte Suprema ang kanyang petisyon para maglabas ng temporary restraining order (TRO) kaugnay ng Proclamation 572 na binabawi ang amnestiyang ipinagkaloob sa senador.

“Wala nang balakid kung gustong arestuhin si Senator Trillanes pero hindi sinasabi na ‘yun na ang mangyayari,” sabi ni Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque. 

Idinagdag ni Roque na nagsalita na ang Kataastaasang Hukuman kaugnay ng isyu.

“The Supreme Court has spoken. Sen. Trillanes has sought to restrain implementation of the presidential proclamation 572, the Supreme Court denied the application for TRO. There is no legal impediment now to implement Proclamation 572, he had his day in court and he failed,” dagdag ni Roque.
