“Ganito lang kasimple kasi ‘yon, I know the realities of life and I also know that their franchise is at stake. I’m being so honest, diretsahan na yan.
“Why would they risk it by giving me a show?
“They see me every night if they want to. I’m always online. And I have 53 brands supporting me. I would like to say thank you to them,” ani Kris.
Hirit pa niya, “I’m also a businesswoman. Alam ko naman na hindi ako kukunin for this movie had I not proven myself on digital. The role of my character, as they said, the digital empress. They wanted that and I was able to give it to them because I’m the embodiment of that.
“Nagawa ko dahil ako yung nauna, dahil nga walang choice, kailangang gawin. But I was able to do it because big businesses supported me and I want to say thank you to them. Also, yung mga nasa likod (fans and followers), kung wala namang nagtu-tweet, walang nagbu-view at walang nagse-share, hindi ako nakaupo rito ngayon,” aniya pa.
Para sa mga fans na nami-miss na si Kris sa isang celebrity talk show, ito ang pahayag niya, “Yung hinihingi ninyo will happen much sooner than you expect. It will just be happening in all of those things you are holding right now (mobile phones).”
