“Including the price increases on school uniform, shoes and bags, the household budget for school opening needs rise from P2,000 to P2,500 per child who studies in public school.” “The Brigada Eskwela program of the Department of Education which runs a week before the school opening passes on the expenses for classroom repairs and beautification to teachers and parents.”
