Bukod kay Aquino, kabilang sa kinasuhan ng multiple homicide at physical injuries through negligence ng Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption (VACC) at Vanguard of the Philippine Constitution Inc. (VPCI) ay sina dating Budget secretary Florencio Abad at datin Health secretary Janette Garin.

“Since correlation between vaccine (Dengvaxia) and deaths have been established prima facie, respondents Aquino III, Abad, Garin and the other respondents should stand trial for criminal negligence,” sabi ni Atty. Manuelito Luna, abogado ng VACC.

“The respondents should be charged with multiple homicide and physical injuries through criminal negligence,” ayon pa kay Luna.

“Former President Aquino is prepared to answer the baseless allegations made against him,” sabi ni Atty. Abigail Valte, tagapagsalita ni Aquino.
