Bailey May int’l star na rin, bagong member ng Now United
CERTIFIED international star na ang Star Magic artist na si Bailey May matapos mapili ng American Idol producer na si Simon Fuller na maging bahagi ng global pop group na Now United.
Ayon sa Kapamilya star hindi niya akalain na magkakatotoo ang kanyang ultimate dream na maging miyembro maswerteng napili mula 50 participants ng Now United bootcamp matapos mag-audition sa Los Angeles.
“My heart was racing, I was so nervous. I thought my life could change in a matter of minutes and then Simon Fuller said my name and then like just a burst of happiness rushed through my body.
“Ever since then it’s been on my mind, I feel like I’m bringing you all here (in LA) and I’m proud to represent our country,” pahayag ni Bailey.
“I’m very proud because there are three other people who came to audition to Now United. And to be able to represent the Philippines, the place where I grew up, where I was born is just a dream come true,” dagdag pa niya.
Aminado ang former PBB teen housemate na hindi biro ang mga training sa bootcamp at malaking tulong ang mga natutunan niya sa ABS-CBN para mapili sa Now United. Ngayong iba na ang tatahaking career ni Bailey, sinuguro ni Bailey na lalo niyang pagbubutihin ang kanyang performance para maging proud ang sambayanang Pinoy.
Opisyal at huling ni-reveal si Bailey sa kumumpleto sa culturally-diverse 14-member sing at dance group na iikot sa buong mundo para sa kanila series of shows.
Samantala mismong ang Now United Project Manager na si Yonta Taiwo ang kumumpirma na maraming aabangang proyekto mula sa grupo na kabibilangan ni Bailey.
“We’re currently in the process of selecting because there are lots of offers coming from different promoters throughout Asia and internationally. So we’re just assessing where the best place is to be the launchpad for Now United,” sabi ni Yonta.
Ngunit ayon kay Bailey mananatili pa rin siyang Kapamilya at nais ipaabot ang pasasalamat sa kanyang mga fans.
“I’m still a Kapamilya. Sobrang miss ko kayo at maraming salamat sa suporta sa akin. Since day one, you’ve been supporting me and you I’m so blessed to have you as a fan of mine. You know I pray that the future has good things for us as a fanbase. Mahal ko kayo,” pagtatapos ni Bailey.
