Please consider looking into the plight of this hapless plan holder who has been a victim of schemes by a pension plan company.
My plan with the Eternal Plans Inc., which has a business address at City State Center, 709 Shaw Boulevard Pasig City, matured on December 22, 2016. To my charign, I was told that the full pension benefit could only be released six months after the maturity date.
I inquired from their office on what to do hasten the release of my check. The customer service representative, Ms. Yanyan, advised me to talk to one Mr. Ronnie Bungalon. On the day of the meeting, he was out of the office, so I was advised to write a letter of request and have it sent to the company’s email. After several followups in two and hald months, the customer representative, Ms. Yanyan and Ms. Marie Santos alternately told me either of the two things over and over in more than 20 long distance phone calls I made: 1) Mr. Bungalon was busy or out on the official business 2) They would just call me for an update—which they didn’t do.
It became very apparent that they were either lying or doing delaying tactics.
I’m angry that I’m being made to wait when Eternal Plans Inc. is legally and morally bound to honor its obligations to its plan holders? How many clients out there are in the same situation?
Pleading to get what is legally due to you is personally humiliating.
Please help us call the attention of Eternal Plans Inc as I demand the ensurance of the entire amount of my full pension benefit. It’s been four months since its maturity date.
