Binagyo sakop ba ng ECC?

DEAR Aksyon Line

May the Lord bless you and your family with joy, peace and love.
My cousin is a copywriter of a new publishing company. She worked only for a month and a half in there.

She was given an assignment to interview a client in Tagaytay City last month. She didn’t know that a typhoon was about to hit the area. She thought that the typhoon would only be concentrated in the Bicol Region, so she did not hesitate to proceed to the area.

Accident however struck and my cousin got hurt. When she opened the door a strong wind hit her and she fell on the pavement.

Can she avail of the assistance from ECC?
Thank you.
