NAG-WALKOUT si Ces Quesada dahil nabastos siya sa isang awards night.

“Last November 28, I received an email from a certain Ryan Favis who told me he was from the Inding Indie Film Festival. This was their third year and they were giving me the Bayani ng Pinilakang Tabing Award, an award supposedly given to somebody who has given significant contributions to the industry.

“I was to be awarded together with my colleagues John Arcilla, Vangie Labalan and Nova Villa – all extremely talented and well respected actors,” post ni Ces sa kanyang Facebook account.

She was so diapppointed when “I approached the reception area expecting to be led inside the cordoned off area. The people at the reception area asked me who I was. I couldnt believe it. Here I was, their guest of honor and they didn’t know who I was. I said ‘Ako yung bibigyan niyo ng award’. They looked at me then their guest list. My name was not in their VIP list.

“The girl said she was going to compare their list with the master list. People were starting to look at me and I decided to leave. Somebody pulled me back and she apologized and asked me to sit at the VIP table. I followed. There were names on the chairs. She asked me to sit on a chair without a name. I asked where my name was. She said it was there but it had been blown away. We were in a mall, not in a beach!

“People were already sensing my discomfort. Just then, Mr. Favis came in and apologized. By that time I was already fuming. I decided to leave the place.”

Nakakatawa na ‘di kilala ng staff ang bibigyan nila ng parangal. That’s idiotic to a pine tree proportion!!!
