AKO po ay isang construction worker. Nagsubmit ako ng SSS salary loan dahil sabi sa accounting namin ay maaari na raw akong mag-loan.
Sinubmit ko po yon noong Disyembre 2014 pero hanggng ngayon ay wala pa ring approval. Ngayon ko lang po nalaman na kaya raw po ako hindi na-approved dahil kulang daw po ako ng isang valid ID. Nakapagsubmit na po ako ng
aking company ID. Hindi pa po ba sapat ‘yon?
Wala po kasi akong time na pumunta sa opisina ng SSS para makapagpa-ID. Sana naman po ay tanggapin na ang aking company ID. Sana po ay matulungan nyo ako. Thank you po.

application sa SSS.
Para sa pag-file ng salary loan, kailangang i-submit ng member ang kanyang application form kasama ang SS ID o ang Unified Multi Purpose ID (UMID). Kapag walang SS ID o UMID ang miyembro, dapat siyang maghain ng dalawang valid IDs. Sa terms and conditions ng salary loan ng SSS na nakalagay sa likod ng salary loan application form nakalista ang mga secondary documents na maaaring i-sumbit ng member.
Pinapayuhan namin si G. Legaspi na i-file muli ang kanyang salary loan application kasama ang alinmang dalawang dokumento sa listahan sa ibaba. Ang isa sa mga ID na ito ay dapat may litrato at pirma ng member.
