De Lima nagbantang kakasuhan ng sedition at rebellion ang mga nasa likod para mapatalsik si PNoy

Sa isang pahayag ni De Lima na ipinadala sa media ni Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) head Secretary Herminio “Sonny” Coloma, partikular na tinukoy ni Kalihim ang mga nasa likod ng binuong National Transformation Council (NTC).

Inakusahan ni De Lima ang mga convenor ng NTC na gumagawa ng senaryo para maisulong ang panibagong EDSA. Ayon kay De Lima, mga kaalyado ni dating pangulo at Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo at ilang mga obispo ang nasa likod ng mga pagkilos.

“This is a false hope, since certain actions already implemented by the group, from organizing foras and conference of supporters and sumpathizers, can already be contemplated as conspiracies relating sedition, rebellion or coup d’ etat,” sabi pa ni De Lima.

Partikular ni binanggit ni De Lima ang naging pahayag ni dating National Security Adviser Norberto Gonzales kung saan isinusulong niya ang panibagong people power.

“Gonzales is an active member in Lipa,Batangas (NTC’s founding Congress on August 27,2014) and Cebu City,” ayon pa kay De Lima. Sinabi pa ni De Lima na iligal ang isinusulong ng grupo na transition government at pagpapaliban ng eleksyon.

“The NTC’s pronouncements and public declared strategy for the capture of state power through active military support to the NTC are therefore acts which already constitute conspiracy or proposal to commit rebellion and coup d’etat, conspiracy to commit sedition or at the very least, inciting to sedition, as well as illegal assemblies,” babala ni De Lima.
