SA nalalapit na pagdalaw ni Pope Francis sa Pilipinas, ise-share namin sa inyo ang naging tugon ng ilang celebrities nang tanungin kung ano ang hihilingin o ibibigay nila sa Santo Papa kung bibigyan sila ng pagkakataong makaharap ito. Narito ang pagpapatuloy ng panayam.
Gary Valenciano:“I pray that when people are done listening to him, even non-Catholics will come out better than before he spoke. I hope to give him a copy of some of my songs. It would be the greatest gift for him to say he heard one of them and it spoke to him.”
Chynna Ortaleza:
“I wouldn’t ask for anything more, because I can see that he has given the Catholic community a great service by being himself. Napakatapang ni Pope Francis. I like how he is changing the way people think—many Catholics are no longer as close-minded as they used to be. Nararamdaman ko ‘yun because the Pope prays to God, he has the courage to do what he has to do. Should I get to meet him, yayakapin ko lang siya at pasasalamatan. If he allows me to pray with him, that would be something I’d remember forever.

“I’m non-Catholic, but if given the chance, I would ask help from the Pope to pray to God for more projects for me for the coming year—more musicals and a recording album. And in a year or two, hopefully, a dream house.”
