Jonalyn, Aicelle reynang-reyna sa Aliw Awards
WAGING-WAGI ang dalawang GMA Artist Center stars na sina Aicelle Santos at Jonalyn Viray sa nakaraang Aliw Awards 2014. Itinanghal na Best Actress in a Musical Production si Aicelle para sa kanyang role sa hit rock musical na “Rak of Aegis”. Aicelle played the role of Aileen, a promodizer, who is caught between finding true love and reaching her dreams.
And after failing and failing, minsan iisipin mong imposible na talaga,” ani Aicelle.
“Sobrang thankful ako, kasi I worked hard for this. And I enjoyed every little part of it, kasi ito naman talaga ang passion ko. This award is a grand bonus,” dagdag pa ng Kapuso singer-actress.
I made sure I enjoyed every performance. Kasi like before, there’s a song that I can relate to, and for sure na bawat manonood, makaka-relate din,” sey ni Jonalyn
Nauna nang pinarangalan si Jonalyn sa nakaraang 6th PMPC Star Awards for Music, itinanghal na Song of the Year ang kanta niyang “Help Me Get Over,” na ginamit na theme song ng GMA series na My Husband’s Lover.
“This is one of the things you don’t get used to. Kasi, as an artist, it’s my priority to entertain, but I also have to make sure na satisfied ang audience ko.
So yung award, it’s something that keeps me going. And I’m really thankful,” hirit pa ni Jonalyn.
