May sariling TV show na ang MTRCB simula sa Linggo, Aug. 10, 8 p.m. sa PTV4. Ito ay pinamagatang MTRCB Uncut, isang infotainment program that tackles initiatives about the TV and motion picture industries.
MTRCB Uncut is hosted by MTRCB Board Members Bobby Andrews and Jackie Aquino. Ilan sa mga segments ng show ay ang “Pulso ni Juan at Juana” kung saan mag-iinterbyu si MTRCB Board Member Gladys Reyes ng mga mga Pinoy tungkol sa estado ng TV and movie industry natin ngayon; nandiyan din ang “Kita-Keats,” wherein educator Board Member Carmen “Keats” Musngi dishes out her funny observations about media.
Kailangan din abangan ng manonood ang segment na “Prangkahan,” isa itong no-holds barred discussion kasama ang MTRCB Board Members at iba pang resource persons kung saan pag-uusapan kung paano pa mas paiigtingin ng ahensiya ang kanilang mga kampanya para mas maprotektahan ang mga pamilyang Pinoy, ang mga kabataan at ibang sektor ng lipunan sa epekto ng media at entertainment industry.
Nandiyan din ang celebrity segment na “Klik Kay Juan at Juana” kung saan mapapanood ang Teleserye Queen na Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo sa pilot episode.
Meanwhile, MTRCB Chairperson Atty. Eugenio “Toto” Villareal will personally answers questions sent to the agency in his own portion entitled “i-Share Mo Kay Chair.”
MTRCB Uncut is the first foray of the government classification agency into TV production. Esplika ni Chairman Toto, “We embarked on this to fulfill our developmental mandate to our primary stakeholders which are the TV viewers and the moviegoers.
Sabi pa ng MTRCB chair, “Another goal of ours is to promote audience sensitivity to sectors that are considered vulnerable in media such as the women, children, Persons With Disabilities, and senior citizens.”
