Matapos ma-annul ang kanilang kasal ay sinabi ni Kris na hindi niya pinipilit si James na bigyan ng sustento ang kanilang anak.
“Yes, I’ve waived all right to ask for fraternal support kasi sinabi ko na kumikita ako, and it would be voluntary on James’s part if he would want to share.
Pero hindi ko siya inoobliga,” say ni Kris sa interview niya sa The Buzz last Sunday.
Inamin din ni Kris na bago pa man maaprubahan ang kanilang annullment ay naghatian na sila ni James ng properties, “Yes, we did. That’s the truth.
You’re advised to do that by your lawyer and you’re advised to do that by the judge. It happened almost a year ago.
Actually, sabi ni Kris, wala naman daw dapat na paghatiang conjugal properties dahil sa una pa lang ay wala nang naganap na kasalan.
“I just want to say na kung nilaban namin to the end ang kaso, actually, there was no conjugal properties because there was no marriage from the beginning. Pero siguro, ang puwede kong ipagmalaki sa lahat, hindi ako greedy na tao.
“And I would like to give credit to James also kahit na marami ang nanunulsol sa kanya, he didn’t listen.
I think it was fair. Kung anuman ang napaghatian namin, nangyari yun because we both earned during our marriage.
“And he got what I think was fair what was given to him and I also got what’s fair to be given to me.
Para wala nang gulo. Wala na kaming puwedeng habulin pa sa isa’t isa,” chika ni Tetay.
Anyway, nakauwi na kahapon mula sa Hongkong si Kris together with her sons Joshua and Bimby kung saan sila nagbakasyon ng ilang araw.
This week tatapusin muna ng TV host-actress ang kanyang mga commitments including the taping for her morning show Kris TV and the birthday celebration of her brother President Noynoy (Feb. 8) bago sila tumungo ng kanyang mga kids sa Japan para naman sa kanyang kaarawan (Feb. 14).
