TOM RODRIGUEZ, CARLA ABELLANA AT RHIAN RAMOS
Support na lang si Rhian Ramos sa My Destiny?
Finally we saw the full two trailers of My Destiny that shows the family of Tom Rodriguez with Ms. Kuh Ledesma and Dennis Roldan with Ruru Madrid and then the family of Carla Abellana with Rhian, Ms. Lorna Tolentino and Al Tantay as directed by Bb. Joyce Bernal. Since we cannot imagine Ruru being paired with Rhian being too young at mayroon siyang Ashley Ortega, we assume that Rhian will play triangle to Tom and Carla lalo na’t she has leukemia in the story.
Of course there is Sid Lucero in the cast and we can assume he will be paired with Rhian but then My Destiny is very clear in the trailer that it’s the story of Carla and Tom as the lead pair of the soap. Are we assuming second lead na lang si Rhian dito? Of course there is nothing wrong with playing second lead, naninibago lang kami sa kaniya as we remember even her last project with GMA, she was the Kapuso’s primetime king Dingdong Dantes partner, sa Genesis.
Rhian’s rise to the GMA leading lady status was mercurial and her shows then really rate specially her first and only title role then na La Lola. Although she was not Sen. Bong Revilla’s partner in Indio then as it was Jennylyn Mercado, si Rhian naman ang lead goddess in the epic soap and in fact the show started with her and ended with her so lead status pa siya that time. Rhian was introduced then noon sa first edition ng Captain Barbell.
