Nag-sorry si Justin Bieber sa lumabas na video clip where he cracked a a racist joke tungkol sa mga “black people”. Inamin ng international singer na isang napakalaking pagkakamali ng kanyang nagawa kaya humihingi siya ng dispensa.
Ilang beses kasing inulit ni Justin ang “N” word na tumutukoy sa “black people” sa nasabing video na kinunan pa five years ago. Justin was quoted as saying, “Why are black people afraid of chainsaws? Don’t even say it. Don’t say it. Run n****r, n****r, n****r, n****r, n***r.”
Part of his statement said na lumabas sa isang website, “As a young man, I didn’t understand the power of certain words and how they can hurt. I thought it was ok to repeat hurtful words and jokes, but didn’t realize at the time that it wasn’t funny and that in fact my actions were continuing the ignorance.”
