Humuli kay Delfin Lee sibak

- March 14, 2014 - 03:38 PM

“What’s my reaction? I’m mad. After I arrested Delfin Lee, they just dumped me,” ayon kay Capa sa panayam sa Inquirer, sister publication ng Bandera.

“I’m very angry. I’m very frustrated. You can quote me on that. I will not take this sitting down,” ang nakataas na boses na sabi ni Capa.

“His relief is a promotion. He can’t be promoted to chief superintendent so he has to be transferred,” ayon kay Purusima nang kapanayamin ng mga reporter.

“This is actually a reward, a stepping stone to promotion,” paliwanag pa ng hep eng PNP. Sagot naman ni Capa: “This is not a promotion, remember that. What he said is actually misleading.
