Babalik nga ba si Dennis Trillo sa ABS? One of the most asked question during the first presscon of GMA for its new shows this first quarter of the year is kung talagang may follow up ang 2013’s most talked series in television, ang My Husband’s Lover.
Three-pronged question ito actually: kung magkakaroon ng part two ang kuwento which is pagpapatuloy ng kuwento nina Lally, Eric at Vincent, kung may book ito meaning same story but with different stars and characters at kung pagsasamahin ulit sina Dennis, Tom Rodriguez and Carla Abellana.
Definitely daw, pinag-uusapan talaga ng creative and Entertainment TV on how to follow up My Husband’s Lover kung book two, kung part two or even a movie version.
Ang certain, hindi magkakaroon ng tomboy-serye to match the bekiserye at hindi na muna magsasama sa isang serye ang tatlo as bibigyan sila ng magkakaibang project para matanggal ang image nila sa said soap.
For the time being though, the Tom-Den pairing is still going strong dahil kahit last Sunday, they are promoting a mall show pa this weekend.
Kaso, doing the blind item rounds lately that Dennis could be moving back to ABS anytime soon. Last week pa nagtapos ang contract ni Dennis and so far, he and manager Popoy Caritativo have not signed a renewal yet.
To be very honest, ABS is needing new leading men ngayon, marami silang leading ladies but getting less leading men. Ang GMA naman, maraming leading men but less leading ladies so Dennis could make the right move if he returns to his original network.
Kaya lang, papayagan ba siya ng GMA na talagang nagpasikat sa kaniya in the first place?
