“I have never brought a girlfriend home to meet my parents…since I’ve been an adult,” pag-amin ni Sterling sa episode.

Dagdag pa niya, “I think there’s much more pressure on Celeste meeting my parents than on me…You only get one chance at a first impression.”

“I come from a small, humble town, and she’s gonna get to see that for the first time,” kwento ni Sterling habang inililibot ang nobya sa lugar na kanyang kinalakhan.

“As soon as we introduced each other, I was not panicking anymore,” kwento niya.

“Overall, they’re just so nice and so welcoming,” wika ng beauty queen.

You and Celeste are a good fit, and we’re happy for you both.”

“A lot of women go through that and it’s not easy to access because it’s not cheap,” saad nya.

“It hurts really badly when you do these injections, and also you’re just full of hormones. It’s really not easy,” wika pa niya.

“In my head I was just like, ‘I don’t think this is gonna be easy at all. It’s gonna be actually hard and painful,’” pag-amin niya sa isang confessional.

Pero ang determinasyon niya ang tumatak: “You just have to keep trying and do whatever it takes — but it’s gonna happen.”

Nagtapos ang episode sa IVF consultation ng magkasintahan, kung saan magandang balita ang hatid ng kanilang doktor: may “a good number of eggs” si Cortesi at “responded quite nicely” siya sa unang round ng kanyang gamutan.

“Dr. Mark was really able to explain to us what those injections do, what we have to do after, how long it’s gonna take, what to expect,” saad ni Cortesi.

“We didn’t even have second thoughts,” aniya pa.

Sterling Scholarship Fund sa Ateneo, La Salle at UP Diliman

“There’s a lot of people in the world that aren’t in that position [to afford university]. They’re great in school, they’re super interested in some subject, but their family doesn’t have the means to afford the education,” paliwanag niya.

“That’s where we think it’s a great opportunity for us to step in and say, ‘Hey, we’ll sponsor your degree’,” sambit pa ni Sterling.

“Because of your gift, many talented and gifted children from low-income families will now have the opportunity to dream a little bigger and go a little further,” ayon sa isang kinatawan sa seremonya sa De La Salle University.

“It’s one of the most generous scholarship grants I’ve ever seen, and we are very grateful,” dagdag naman ng isang kinatawan ng UP Diliman.

“I’ve always seen him as a very generous person, not even just with those big donations, but even how he is with my friends or with me,” wika niya.

Aniya, “He actually really cares to invest in things that matter.”
