DSWD namahagi na ng UPLIFT assistance

NAGSIMULA na ang Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) ang kanilang pamamahagi ng Unified Package for Livelihoods, Industry, Food, and Transport (UPLIFT) assistance para sa mga kwalipikadong mamamayan.

Ito ay alinsunod sa ibinabang direktiba ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr., tungkol s pagpapalawig sa nasabing ayuda na naglalayong tulungan ang mga Pinoy sa gitna ng patuloy na inflation.

Sa Facebook post ng DSWD nitong Lunes, July 20, ibinandera na ang pamamahagi ng cash aid para sa Group 1 at Group 2 ng naturang programa.

“UPLIFTing News: Maagang nagsimula ngayong Martes (Hulyo 21) ang payout ng UPLIFT Assistance sa Cagayan de Oro City para sa mga Group 2 beneficiaries na natukoy sa pamamagitan ng 2024 Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) ng Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).

“Bukod sa pagtanggap ng kanilang Php2,000 na tulong-pinansyal, isinasagawa rin ang enrollment at pag-link ng kanilang napiling digital financial account para direkta na nilang matanggap ang mga susunod na UPLIFT Assistance sa kanilang digital banks o e-wallets hanggang Disyembre,” lahad ng DSWD.

Ayon sa ahensya, ang mga benepisyaryo ay nagmula sa Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), Walang Gutom Program, at mga kwalipikadong indibidwal sa 2024 Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS).

“Distribution of the UPLIFT Assistance will continue in the coming days to ensure that all qualified beneficiaries receive their cash assistance,” sabi pa ng DSWD.

Pagpapatuloy ng ahensya, “This initiative is being implemented under the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to help ease the impact of rising prices and protect the purchasing power of Filipino families.”
