Dagdag na Grade 13 sa senior high school fake news - DepEd

KUMALAT sa social media ang balitang magkakaroon na raw ng “Grade 13” ang Senior High School para sa school year 2025-2026.

Mabilis itong nag-viral at naging hot topic nga ng mga magulang at estudyante kung saan may ilang netizens ang naniwala at na-bad trip.

Kaya naman agad na naglabas ng official statement ang Department of Education (DepEd) tungkol dito at tinawag ngang fake news ang balitang magkakaroon na ng “Grade 13” ang Senior High School sa darating na school year.

Tinukoy ng DepEd ang isang Facebook post na may pekeng publication material na nagsasabing madadagdagan ng isang baitang ang lahat ng nasa senior high school.

Ipinagdiinan ng ahensya na ang senior high school ay meron lamang Grade 11 at Grade 12.

Paalala ng DepEd sa publiko, maging mapanuri at iwasan ang pagpapakalat ng maling impormasyon sa social media.

“Muling pinaaalalahanan ng DepEd ang publiko na mag-ingat at maging mapanuri laban sa misinformation.

“Para sa opisyal na mga anunsiyo at impormasyon tungkol sa basic education, bisitahin lamang ang official DepEd Philippines social media accounts,” ang nakasaad sa opisyal na pahayag ng ahensiya.

Nauna nang inihayag ng DepEd ang muling pagbabalik sa pre-pandemic school calendar ang pasukan ng mga estudiyante.

Ang susunod na pasukan ay magsisimula na sa June 16, 2025 at magtatapos sa March 31, 2026, base na rin sa inilabas na DepEd Order No. 12, Series of 2025.
