Cate Blanchett, Michael Fassbender masusubukan ang loyalty sa ‘Black Bag’

Ito ang “Black Bag” na mula sa direksyon ni Steven Soderbergh at pinagbibidahan ng powerhouse tandem na sina Michael Fassbender at Cate Blanchett.
Ang pelikula ay ipapalabas na sa May 7 at exclusive itong masisilayan sa Ayala Malls Cinemas.
Ang pelikula ay iikot sa kwento ni George Woodhouse, isang top-level British intelligence officer sa National Cybersecurity Center, na nakatakdang subukin ang kanyang katapatan sa bayan…at higit sa lahat, sa kanyang misis na si Kathryn St. Jean, na kapwa niya ahente.

Ayon pa nga sa scriptwriter na si David Koepp, ang tandem nina Michael at Cate ay perfect na perfect sa kanilang intense role sa pelikula.
“They both have a powerful understanding of screen acting and how to do more with less,” sey ni David.
Paliwanag pa niya, “George’s job is to withhold, to be steely. Michael’s performance is a masterpiece of minimalism. Cate’s role is much more expressive, but you often wonder what’s really going on behind her eyes.”
