Ilan sa mga kandidata sa Miss World Philippines 2024
TATLONG titulo at korona ang pag-aagawan ng mga kandidata sa magaganap na finals night ng Miss World Philippines 2024.
Nitong nagdaang Sabado, pormal nang inanunsyo ng Miss World Philippines Organization ang pagsisimula ng competition with the press presentation of official candidates na ginanap sa Seda Manila Bay sa Parañaque City.
Rumampa ang 35 aspiring beauty queens – 17 kandidata na napili mula sa regional partners ng MWPO at 18 representative na pumasa sa final screening na ginanap noong May 28.

Ayon sa National Director ng Miss World Philippines pageant na si Arnold Vegafria, “Aside from the candidates who qualified during our finals screening, today we are also presenting to you our regional representatives who were given the rare privilege of automatically qualifying for the Miss World Philippines 2024 pageant.”
“Year after year, it has always been a dream to have candidates representing most, if not all, all the major cities in the country from the farthest regions of Luzon down to autonomous regions of Mindanao,” aniya pa.
Ilan sa mga nakapasok sa final screening ay si Miss Baguio City Krishnah Gravidez, na nag-withdraw mula sa Miss Charm 2024 (isang Vietnam-based pageant), at ang former Miss Universe Philippines 2024 candidates Patricia Bianca Tapia (Batangas) at Dia Remulla Maté (Cavite).
Sa naganap na press presentation, inirampa na ng mga kandidata ang kanilang pak na pak na “pasarela” para sa introduction portion suot ang kanilang swimsuit.
Nagpasampol din ang mga aspiring beauty queen sa Q&A portion with their evening gown kasabay na rin ng sashing ceremony.

Kabilang sa magaganap na preliminary challenge ng pageant ay ang Top Model competition, Sports challenge, at Head to Head challenge.
“As we kick off our press presentation, we would like to encourage our pageant media friends to keep themselves updated with our fast-track preliminaries such as the beach beauty competition, sports Challenge, the head to head challenge, and many more,” ayon pa kay Arnold Vegafria.
“The talent competition, the beauty with a purpose challenge, and of course our charity gala, and top model competition,” dagdag pa niya.
Bukod nga sa Miss World Philippines crown, dalawa pang reyna ang kokoronahan sa finals night, ang Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas at Miss Philippines Tourism.
Magaganap ang grand coronation night sa Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay City sa darating na July 19. Kaya abangan at alamin kung sino ang papalit sa trono ng reigning Miss World Philippines na si Gwendolyne Fourniol na nanalo noong 2022.
Kabilang sa mga benefiaries ng pageant ay ang Philippine Children’s Medical Center, PAWssion Project, at Crib Foundation.
