NAGLABAS ng bagong hugot song ang Pinoy alternative rock band na SOS (formerly known as She’s Only Sixteen).
Ito ang “Please Lang” via Careless Music, ang independent label under the guardianship of celebrity musician and entrepreneur James Reid.
Ang bagong single ng banda ay tungkol sa isang magulong relasyon, nawalang koneksyon at hindi malutas-lutas na isyu.
“It’s a sad song that focuses on what happened rather than what could have been,” sey sa inilabas na pahayag ng bokalista ng banda na si Roberto Seña.
Dagdag niya, “It’s also just good fun, really—being able to laugh or have a sense of humor while experiencing inevitable heartbreak. Eventually, the song takes a darker turn as the song settles; things come to an end, and we just have to accept it.”

Ayon pa sa SOS, dalawang araw lang ang kanilang ginugol upang mabuo ang kanilang kanta.
Kwento ng Drummer na si King Puentespina, “I remember laying in the chords, progression, and drums and it started morphing.”
“I asked Andrew to go for the groove; Ram was on the keys, and everyone in the room could feel it. It just slowly brought itself together. Seña and Anjo came into the studio after one of their lunch breaks or meetings or something, and they all got excited,” pagbabahagi pa niya.
Chika pa niya, “I remember stepping out for a meeting and dinner. I came back, and they had all the words down. It was insanely fun.”
Ang kantang “Please Lang” ay ang ikalawang single ng banda na tampok ang bago nilang miyembro na si Ram Alonzo na isang keyboardist.
Aminado si Ram na nakaka-relate siya sa bago track habang binubuo nila ito.
“Working on this song felt particularly personal for me,” pagbubunyag niya.
Sambit pa niya, “While we were writing it, I was going through a similar experience to what the song is all about, which made listening to it kind of difficult. Masakit siya.”
Kabilang ang “Please Lang” sa upcoming album nila na may titulong “It Was A Moment” na nakatakdang ilabas sa susunod na taon.
