MAGKAKAIBA ang naging reaksyon ng mga Filipino nang ibalita na ng controversial director na si Darryl Yap ang posibleng sequel ng “Maid In Malacanang”.
Una itong ipinost ni Direk Darryl sa Facebook page ng VinCentiments kung saan makikita ang imahe ng isang lalaling nakasalamin na kahawig ng yumaong dating senador na si Ninoy Aquino.
Ang nakalagay sa caption ay, “‘Maid in Malacañang’ sequel ‘Martyr or Murderer’ in cinemas in time for Edsa anniversary next year?”

Sa comments section, marami ang nakapansin na bukod kay Ninoy, kamukha rin nina Phillip Salvador at Herbert Bautista ang nasa FB post ng film company ni Darryl Yap kaya ang tanong ng netizens sino kaya kina Kuya Ipe at Bistek ang gaganap bilang Ninoy Aquino?

Base naman sa isang panayam kay Darryl, iikot daw ang part 2 ng “Maid In Malacañang” sa “biggest accusation” na ibinato noon sa pamilya Marcos — na sila ang nasa likod sa asasinasyon kay Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino, Jr. noong 21 August, 1983.
